The answer to those questions is, of course – branding.

An individual brand identity is so much more than just your company’s good looks. The images and videos you use are just as important as the language, the tone of voice and the message you want customers to receive. Your brand needs to speak to your customer’s subconscious mind and activate their emotions.

As you so often see in communication, the message between the lines is often much more important than what’s being said. People also have a better recollection of how you made them feel than of what you told them.
